MANDATES NEW USERRA POSTER FOR ALL EMPLOYEES
The Federal government requires all employers, regardless of
size, to display the new USERRA poster effective March 10, 2005.
The Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights
Act (USSERRA) protects employment and benefits rights
of employees in the uniformed services.
Failure to post all required Federal posters can lead to fines of up to
$17,000.
