Administrative Support Certification Program

Presented by the Mississippi State Personnel Board (SPB), the Administrative Support Certification Program (ASCP) is designed to provide
comprehensive training to staff that support the program areas of governmental agencies. ASCP helps support staff better understand themselves,
their organizations, and their relationships with their co-workers and their organizations. The program offers participants a variety of learning
experiences including practicial applications of learning that directly relate to their on-job challenges. In addition, participants enjoy an
opportunity to network and build relationships with their peers. This training program is for Mississippi local, state and federal government employees.
